hear anything about when the restaurant in MK is opening? I heard sometime in November but haven't officially read anything.

1) The latest we heard is December 20th.

. . . no official announcement, yet
. . . no official CM training classes, yet
2) LTT is to open November 20th, with CM's reporting for duty on November 15th.
3) Now, December-20th is not a "hard date", just the date being tossed around at the moment.
. . . LTT and Skipper Canteen share the same kitchen space
. . . there is some rehab tardiness of the Skipper equipment and installation
. . . but, I have little doubt they will not make the Christmas Holiday crowds, and profit
4) However, like all Disney, "Subject to Change".
. . . who knows, maybe they find a way to open earlier
. . . Disney can do pretty much anything they want
