In ToT you can skip the closed in room portion and in Haunted Mansion you can skip the stretching room, using DAS. Maybe hop over to the DisAbilites board to see what suggestions they have or if they know about FoP.

DAS is not required for either. The accommodation provided by DAS is ability to wait outside of the conventional line.
For other things (avoiding stairs, seating in a particular area, avoiding preshow), guests would need to explain to the CM what they need and briefly why. But, keep in mind you may be turned down for safety reasons or told to come back later if it requires going backstage and staff are not free ro take you.
