Skip Ollivander's?

I watched the Ollivander's show on You Tube and decided right away that I am definitely not standing in line 20 or 30 minutes to see that show. I didn't think it was that great and I am going with 3 kids. If one got picked the other 2 would be jealous about it. Not worth it to me.

I agree - I watched the youtube video and I definitely want to go. Although this is coming from someone planning to show up looking like they shouldn't even be allowed in a wand shop - with an Azkaban shirt and a Dark Mark tattoo . . .

DD is a diehard HP fan and thought it wasn't such a great experience vis a vis the wait time. Ultimately she wanted to shop for wands. She won't wait for the show again.

Definitely look at the Youtube videos! You will be able to see the entire show and then can decide if you think the wait is worth it.

We skipped it first two trips, because line was way too long. Third trip, line was much shorter...we kept an eye on the line during the day. Enjoyed the show very much with 20 minute line wait - but then again, by third trip, we'd done FJ a dozen times.

I would wait 30 minutes and feel Ollivander's was worth it. We are deep-Potter fans. If you are HUGE fans, I think 30 minutes is the breakpoint. As PPs note, hot-hot line. Bring water and/or snacks and plan to stay upbeat.
