Size question for a little girl.

I want to buy my DBF's neice a Minnie Mouse costume for Xmas. She's 4 and will be 5 in Dec right around the holidays. Everyone says she's tall for her age. What size do I get? I have no idea? please help!!!

without knowing how big she is, its almost impossible to say. My DD wore a 5 when she was that age and she was tall for her age. Sometimes things run small and sometimes they run large so thats another thing to keep in mind.

you realy need to know her height and weight. mh ds is 8 and may wear a size 8/10 in some items, a size 5/6 in others (tall and thin).

I'd guess a 6. My tall daughters usually wore the size above their age for the extra length.

My daughter is 5 and a half and is still in 4T. It all depends on height and weight.

My 2yo who I think has a sizable tummy and chubby little arms--3 and has pants that still fit well at 18 months and 2T.

I would agree with a 6 as well.
Based on an old minnie mouse costume my daughter had--the way it configured..it was a 2/3 and as petite as they are--it was a tight fit at 2.5 on both of them.

My almost 6 year old in in a 4T and she is a bit small so I would say at least a size 6-6x for a tallish kid.
