Size of Each Resort

I thought I had this somewhere but I guess not. Can we put together a listing of how large each DVC resort is?

OKW is 531 Vacation Homes

Vero's 2004 dues are based on 175 Homes. The resort may be slightly larger if they didn't include all declared units, but that should be a rough estimate.

How about the others? I can't recall the planned build-out for SSR except that it is larger than OKW.

According to Deb Willis' site,
Total units per resort:
BWV - 383
BCV - 205
VWL - 136
SSR - 552

I was surprised to see that SSR will only have 21 more units than OKW and was also surprised that OKW has 148 more units than BWV. I would have thought there would have been more of a size difference in both instances.

Thanks for the info Dee. Just for comparison, does the 383 BWV units number match the number of units DVC uses for the budget? (Dee or any other BWV owner.) I got the OKW & Vero numbers from the 2004 budget. I couldn't find an OKW number on Deb's site. I'm guessing they'll match or at least come close.

How about HHI owners -- someone got a number?

Interesting. Here is what I have in the POS.

OKW 527
VB 171
HH 102
BWV 383
VWL 136
BCV 142

SSR 552 if they copmlete it all like the first phase.

There are some differences. Anyone have any idea why?
