Okay, I am curious...
Inquiring minds want to know!!!
What type of alleged (have to make sure I say 'alleged'!) words/behavior are we talking about.
I agree that a teacher would fly-right with a parent in tow....
But, if the allegations are serious, the school should have staff discreetly keep this under observation. (They would not necessarily tell you right away if they were doing this.)
Well lets see...like I said in orginal post, my son is no angel. He has gotten in trouble since Kindergarten for his gift of gab.

He is a freshman in highschool, and this is the only class he complains about stuff..
Now, some stuff will seem like a no big deal, but he states it doesn't happen in other classes just this one. Apparently there are other students(Not in my son's spanish class)who will just come in and chat with the teacher during class time. Some other kids will come in and use the computer in the classroom. Apparently her fellow students from other classes enjoy talking to her during their study block time. Again, I know this seems like no big deal. BUT, when is it acceptable for a student/students to come by during a class and say hi to the teacher and have the teacher go into the hallway to "chat"
The other thing that made me really mad...OK..I know kids cheat, not all some do or try to..
My son was caught "Allegedly" with a cheat sheet LOL... I am not condoning my son's behavior. he was not actually caught. He says he was studying with made up flash cards with his friend. See what happened was, it was on the floor between his desk and the desk in front of him. It was my son's handwriting. The teacher did not catch him using it, just found it afterwards..BUT... my son still failed his quizz

HELLO, how does a student who is not friends with my son, know about this???He is a student comes in and chats with the spanish teacher...SO NOT Acceptable to me.My son told me today, they were taking a quizz, and the teacher was at the podium grading quizzes(he wasnt sure if it was from that class or another), and one of the former students was standing next to her while she was grading them.Isn't that a privacy issue. I just dont get why other students are allowed to wander in there at free will???
