Site down…check in for Dec cruise

Another reason to make checks like 8 am not midnight

This happened to me a few months ago. I kept trying until 12:30 am, went to sleep, then logged in at 7:30 am and got boarding group 8.

I am not sure whether I would prefer to start at 8 am ET and keep trying to log in for several hours. That would be worse for people in the western part of the US, who would wake up early and debate whether to go back to sleep or keep trying.

What would be better, clearly, is for Disney to get their websites routinely working properly.

so i tried till like 1245am..then did catnaps til 3 and kept trying every 30 minutes or so. gave up and went to sleep at 307am., Got up at 610am and tried, it ws down the first couple tries..but then went through. Got boarding group 5.

What time did you get to board with a group 8 assignment?

We cruised out of San Juan. Our port arrival time was 12:30-12:45, but we were able to enter the terminal at 12:15 and boarded the ship as soon as we got through our passport verification. We were at Cabanas for lunch before 12:45.
