Wow you will be there soon Cant wait to see your trip report ! Take bunches of photo's . We plan on maybe going Memorial day week next year so I'm anxious to see photo's in the parks to see how crowds will be. We have never gone in May but always at low season in September,October and once in the middle of December so we are kind of worried about the crowds in May.

The 24 hour party at MK sounds like so much fun I would love to do that! We have been when they closed at 3:00am and by the time we made it out of the park it was 4:00am.

I remember seeing pictures of the characters in their PJs from the last party I would love to go in my PJs!

As a Disney lover, it would be very hard to find a better present than spending 24 hours at Magic Kingdom! Hunter is very lucky to have this fall during your trip.

When I put my food out by the mailbox yesterday, I thought of you! You who would feed us all if you could! Hope you are having a FABULOUS day!

Just read through your entire PTR in an hour. We are also going to be at WDW the same time. We check in on the 19th and out on the 26th. We are staying off property. I'm sure I will regret that decision, but it's reserved and paid for so we will see how it goes. We have been to WDW more times than I can remember throughout my life. We have stayed both on and off property and never liked the cost of being on property, but alwats liked the convenience. this time $$$ won over convenience.

I have enjoyed your pre journey so far. I am from Pensacola FL and currnetly live in Panama City FL so I have been around Crestview my whole life. There is not much there other than some restaurants, hotels and a Lowes. I don't know about the honking thing, but we always hold our breath when going through the tunnel in Mobile. We try to make sure the driver does not participate, seafety precaution. Anyway, enjoying your posts and will continue to follow along.

Oh I'll be taking plenty of pictures for you to see. Our "normal" time to visit Disney World is May and we are able to navigate the crowds pretty easily.

I remember when we were in Disney and they handed down the verdict in the Casey Anthony trial.....I almost broke down and cried! Thankfully, the jury got this one right.

There's definitely a car in the future too but, at least for now, it's on the backburner.

Go to Youtube and search Jodi Arias trial. You can watch it from day one all the way up to the verdict. She stabbed her boyfriend almost 30 times, slit his throat from ear to ear and shot him. Then, she claimed that she was in a fog and didn't remember it. But, yet, she can remember that he came after her and she was afraid of him because he has previously abused her. Yeah right! Whatever!

Welcome! I was late getting the pre-trip report started because I was trying to finish up our 2012 trip report.

My sister and brother-in-law are stopping in Panama City to spend the afternoon and evening on the beach before heading on down to Disney.

One of these days, I'm going to write a trip report. I always plan on it, but then I get home and I realize that I completely forgot to take any pictures that anyone would be interested in.

His idea of a "big" vacation is to go somewhere that you have to take an airplane to get to. The problem is finding airfare for 4 that doesn't cost as much as I'd like to spend on the entire vacation.

I so need to use that stick trick on the hubby! Maybe he'll get the idea.

I know what you mean about the cost of airfare. I wouldn't mind flying to Disney but, right now, it's almost $900 for us to fly and we'd still have to drive to an airport which is over 2 hours away and pay to park. Even factoring in gas, overnight hotel stay and food, it doesn't come close to $900.00

Hi Lisa! I'm finally all caught up! Your plans sound great. I really hope that you guys enjoy trying a new resort, even if it is only for a short time.

Oh men and 'Ohana. My husband does the same thing.

How awesome that Hunter gets to spend 24 hours at MK for his birthday! That's perfect!

I hope that we enjoy French Quarter even if it's only for one night.

I don't understand why they don't just pick Ohana in the first place and then we wouldn't have to go through the whole trying to find the ever elusive ADR.

He's super excited!

My DH's birthday is also 5/24 and believe me, he wishes he got to spend it at MK! Hunter is lucky!

We enjoyed our Cape May breakfast a few years ago. I would say most of the food is standard Disney buffet fare. The characters are cute in their beach wear!
