



Today at lunch everyone was getting something from Taco Bell...EVERYONE BUT ME THAT IS!!


Got up this morning and did the Denise Austin Shrink Your Female Fat Zone (SYFFZ) workout. I think I like that one better in the morning than Bob (Biggest Loser)...I like that she works your upper, then lower, then middle, then back, but mixes it up...that way not one part of you is worn out. She'll go from arm curls, to leg lunges, then to crunches, and keep rotating...it's a good workout. (no, i'm not a DASYFFZ representative!!) lol

ok...so here's today...
b-1 piece of toast(plain at home), 1 piece of sausage w/ cheese (no biscut)
s-3 apple slices w/ peanut butter
l-(lite) caesar wrap w/ 12 oz sweet tea
s-nothing...not hungry...imagine that!! first time for everything, huh?
d-is going to be Roasted Pork Chops w/ Veggies...smells wonderful!! will be done in about 10 minutes!!

water intake - 32 oz

exercise - 40 min SYFFZ this a.m. 30 min 2 mile run/walk this p.m. (cold and misty rain, but it still felt great...dh is convinced we are going to wind up w/ pneumonia (sp?)...

resisted - taco bell, candy drawer.
man, i feel good today!!
oh...they ordered my tile for the living room, kitchen and laundry room!!


Amy...have you watched it yet?? The one that was fired was SO deserving!!
also, thanks for the encouragement!! I'm ready for 155!!
