Thanks AmyBeth! I appreciate it. I get kinda down because I feel like I'm never going to lose this weight!! I've done the perscription diet pills before, and they worked...if you can get past the scalp tingling, hot flashes and
severe mood swings, and I don't want to do it that way again. I lost about 30 lbs. using them, then stopped and gained it right back....why....because I didn't learn how/what to eat, and I didn't really exercise. That's why I'm doing it the right way this time. It's just so tough on weigh day......ok...enough pity party....no one wants to hear it....we're all going through the same thing I'm sure!!
today.....
b-1 orange cinnamon roll (you know, the pillsbury kind)
s-3 fat free pringles (they're gone now)
l-grilled chicken sandwich on wheat w/ sweet tea (my weakness!)
s-nothing
d-2 small pieces of buffalo chicken tenders
s-nothing
water intake - only 30 oz...the tea distracted me...
exercise - walked about 2 blocks w/ dd6 - she wanted to do the 2 mile course, but I told her we would build up to that!
resisted - chips & dip, candy drawer, more than one cinn roll
dh and i are gong to run in the a.m. since i have a wedding to shoot tomorrow afternoon/night. small wedding...should take about 4-5 hours.
talked to my dad tonight....for about 45 minutes....kinda strange....the man doesn't talk very much....must've caught him in a good mood.....it was really nice....ok...now i'm homesick!!
