good morning everyone!!
got up and did the 2 mile walk this morning..with 2lb hand weights!
lower back was hurting a little bit...did some stretches about 1/2 way through and then again when we got home. doin' ok now.
i was just looking at my food journal from yesterday....not real good...but better than 2 months ago..
b-3 mini cinnamon rolls (bite size...just enough to tick you off!!)
s-granola bar (quaker oats)
l-buffalo chicken tenders, fries, sweet tea (went to lunch w/ hubby & kids)
s-nothing, too much lunch
d-1 piece of Bobilie Pizza. yes, just one piece!!
s-10 m&m's....don't know what happend...they just jumped out at me!!
water intake- 64 oz
exercise - 15 minutes of arm weights and leg lifts in a.m.
30 min run/walk 2 mile course.
resisted - candy drawer!! (they even restocked it!!

) more than one piece of pizza.
oh, i brought an apple, tomato, cucumber and celery today....should be better for my snack attack!
ok...Kim has posted a pic of herself on her thread, so that means I will have to post one on mine....aaarrggghh!!....dh said he would help me with it tonight at home and told me to get back to work....

he's no fun!
