I know you don't want to post all the bad things you ate, but you really should! There have been some times when I was SO embarrassed to post what I binged on, but I did it anyway. And since I started doing that, I haven't really binged too much since I am horrified at what people must think!
It is a new month and you are going to kick butt!
Be sure to get all your water in (I read that a woman is fully hydrated with 91oz of water per day). Drink a glass before each meal, before each Whopper, etc and before you know it, your body will crave it and you won't eat as much because your tummy will be full of water.
