Who's willing to tell me more about them? Is it worth the investment??

I only know what is said about it on the website!! I guess it would be a good investment if you are only going to use Sizzlets and their embossing plates.

I have A LOT of the "originals" and the converter, and I don't attend crops, so I won't be getting one!!

I can buy a couple for die cuts for the $50!!

I want to see one in action before I buy it. But, I love my Sizzlets and would love a portable machine to use them. Hauling around the original machine is a huge hassle.

But, I want to see how it works before investing $50 (or $30 with a coupon) in it. Or, maybe I'll just ask Santa.

If you don't take your Sizzlets to crops with you and you already have the original machine, I wouldn't see the benefit unless the new 12" dies that are coming out are really cool. It sounds to me like you can only use them with the Sidekick.
