Sinus Cyst - anyone have/had one?

I just found out from an MRI that I have a cyst in one of my sinuses. I'm going to the doc tomorrow about it. I have absolutely NO idea what this means. If you know, please tell.

I have one and was told it was nothing to worry about when I saw an ENT.

I have one too and was told it might just go away or it might not, and it might cause problems or it might not. I have noticed that I have more little problems with my sinuses - headaches when I have allergies etc. I figure I'll find out if it's still there if I get any upper respiratory infections next flu season. Unless I have problems, however, I'll just ignore it.

I was also told i have one of these many years ago. I never bothered to do anything after getting a 2nd opinion. The first dr. wanted to go through my nose and pull the cyst out that way. there was no way that was going to happen! i used to have "face aches" from it, but lately haven't had any. it used to be brought on by stress i think. If they say surgery, get a 2nd opinion for sure!
