Single Worst Food Item in WDW

A late night hot dog at Casey's without an ice cold beer to wash it down. :)

I must be the odd man out because I LOVE THE TURKEY LEGS !!!

We also get a Dole Whip on each trip, they are so good.

We will never eat at Alfredo's again, what a ripoff. You get very little food and it is way to expensive, this is the only meal we have never liked at WDW.

I hope new posters to this board realize that there are many very good places to eat at WDW. Some of the best meals we have ever had were at WDW.

The worst I recall was breakfasts at ASMo. It wasn't horrible tasting, but always cold. Reminded me of the food in the cafeteria where I work, only more plentiful. ;)

I will have to vote for the poor excuse for a pizza from the take out window at spoodles tastes like cardboard just bad real bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Chinese noodles from the ABC Commissary at MGM. They are glorified Ramen noodles that you can buy in the grocery store for about .33 a bag, and they charge you 5.00+.
But my companion had a burger there and claimed it was quite good.

I am SHOCKED (!) that anyone would vote for the Dole Whip. I think those things are the best!! That is one of the items I look forward to the most!!

different strokes....

The turkey legs.... It's a joke in my family, to walk way away form them, Just the smell on a hot afternoon makes my stomach roll. By the way was told by a CM that they are not Turkey. I think he said EMU. Which makes sense, have you ever seen a turkey that big, now really? And I love the frozen Bananas!

The burgers served in the "snack shop" at GF are simple awful---we were trying to decide what animal they came from--kangaroo maybe? They sure weren't beef!
At least nobody ever died of "Mad Kangaroo Disease"! :teeth: (Although I'll admit I didn't find the kangaroo to be anything special.)

We also love the frozen bananas ... my husband and kids are talking about them days before a trip.

PLUS my son turns down any other meal in favor of - yep- turkey legs. Most times we've had one we get more than a few people asking us where we got it. Maybe so they can steer clear?!

Lest you think I have no discretion at all, I agree the burgers at ABC Commisary were indeed something to be 'choked down'.

The entire breakfast at CRT minus the fresh fruit! We have ate there a few times and ugh it is just gross to me. Cold (yes we sent it back, came back cold too) greasy potatoes, ewww...
Would rather have b-fast at a waffle house than crt!

OK, I'm having trouble keeping my breakfast down right now! Boy did I pick the wrong time to read this thread!;)

I've heard they are Emu legs too.

I wonder if more people sent back disgusting or inedible foods, if they would improve them:confused:

I was going to get some calzones at Spoodles but if they are as bad as the pizza, I don't want them. I just hate to buy several of them to feed my family and then find out that they are gross. True, you have to decide for yourself, but if you get a lot of people all saying something tastes bad, then who wants to take the chance!

The Vegetable Lasagna at The Land Food Court. YUCK!!!! I couldn't eat it. The eggplant in it was bitter.

Urban myth. Emu is a much different texture and color from turkey and chicken. It actually looks much more like beef.

Fish and Chips at the ABC Comissary... We waited 20 minutes for it, but it was still undercooked. ???

I am a very adventurous eater and will eat practially anything that is put in front of me (with the exception of anything containing mayonnaise), but even I thought the food at the Chinese counter service place in Epcot was terrible! (I did eat it though!) I also didn't think the food at 1900 Park Fare (breakfast) was very good, either (but, again, stuffed myself silly anyway).

In general I LOVE the food at Disney. But like anything else I have had some bad experiences

One thing I can't understand - eggroll cart at MK (if it is still there). I can't imagine walking around in the hot, humid Florida weather eating an eggroll.

Cantina San Angel

Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace Lunch buffet - although maybe I just don't like buffets - not too good since we have Fantasmic dinner package scheduled on next trip. Oh, well, maybe it will be better.

Now, the veal at Alfredo's is another story. I love to get veal almost every time I go to any Italian restaurant. The veal at Alfredo's is definitely the worst I have had. Also, I could have killed someone with the bread, it was so hard. Maybe they use the bread to pound the veal?

As soon as I saw this thread I thought immediately about the veal parmagiana at Alfredo's. Parmagiana, whether it be veal or chicken, has always been a cutlet, but this was chop and it was disgusting.

Those turkey legs gross me out also!

The absolute worst thing I have ever tasted at Disney is the so-called taco salad at the Coronado Springs resort, which basically consisted of sopping wet chicken and lettuce. Disgusting!
