It was great working with TSS (Jerry) and Nancy at Timeshare Closing Services. 
We overnighted the original signed contract to TSS on 11/2/06 and by this morning have already closed on the property. Pretty amazing, huh, especially considering the long Thanksiving holiday? 
Now if only Disney will get it in their system quickly. 
This had to be the smoothest real estate transaction ever.
