Since the Annual meetings will be held soon....

And since I will miss them by a couple of days, (we arrive on the 12th), I'm wondering will there be meeting minutes available if I stop by the Boardwalk office? Or are the minutes posted to the website? Emailed to members? Will 2004 Annual dues amounts be finalized/announced?

Thanks in advance to the answers to these questions (sorry so many!). I'm a first year owner also and curious about the meetings and release of information afterwards.

Before the meetings, around the end of November, the budget notice will go out, showing the dues calculation by category for 2004. Dues bills go out around the end of December, due 1/15 (if paying lump sum or first payment if on installments).

They have not published minutes in previous years. Usually if someone on the boards goes to the meeting, they will report back. I may go to the BWV meeting on 12/10.

As Debbie mentions, there has never been any official release of information regarding the meetings. We depend on the note-taking and kindness of those who share their personal takes on the meetings. The preliminary budget is issued prior to the meeting and the actual dues statement arrives as a "Christmas present".
