Silver Pass: Can it be used after job layoff?

Hi everyone,
My husband recently got laid off from a subsidiery of Disney. He was issued silver passes for our family at the beginning of his employment. Now that he's laid off, can we still use the silver passes?

Is there a set of rules that goes with the silver pass?

My MGP says on it "This pass is property of the Company and must be surrendered to the Company on request." It is a benefit of employment, and part of the employment exit procedure is to deactivate anything but Complimentary tickets that have already been printed.

It depends. Contact HR. Sometimes, they are active until the year end. Sometimes they are deactivated the day of the lay-off.
