Ok, from the conversation on this thread I am wondering a couple of things. Y'all can pm me if you like, but maybe others are wondering, too. Is it just you few ladies who came up with and are hosting all these exchanges?? How did you come up with the idea in the first place? I am amazed at all the work it must take to keep up with all of it. I'm not being nosey (OK, I am) I am just curious at how you manage all of this??

I am now even more grateful for you guys hosting and organizing these fun exchanges, thanks so much!

they sure are.

These fast ones started with lizdotcom's bright idea to do the alphabet....and rather fast. So she enlisted help of some of us others that love the exchanges, to alternate through them all.
Some of us had hosted before and some were new.
Then DisneyCP2002 wanted to do a long term one and came up with colors and also enlisted some help of us addicted people.

As for how and when they all started.....before my time on the DIS. Used to be far between exchanges......some of us addicted types remedied that and kept coming up with different ideas....some go over well and some only have a few participants....but they all are fun!!
