Silly question about dining with someone

I noticed on LTT description that you could pay a $5 entertainment fee if you were not eating there...and my question was not about that particular restaurant but rather the Norway Princess lunch...I really don't think I will want to eat there but we have ADR's for my dh and my dd...can I go with them and not eat? Thanks!
