How log are you keeping sign-ups open? Kicky is all alone in the kiddo group - if no-one else is playing can I move himw somewhere else (I'll make sure his pieces are up to scratch - or at least no worse than mine ) I don't want to start cutting mine yet until I know how many to make

Sorry to take so long to update this. You know WDw, wipes you out from ages 2 to 92. I've been getting home and only doing a quick check and falling into bed.

DisneyisTerrific, I moved your second character group into the Disney parks group, to give that group 3.

Mazda, AWM signed up for a kiddo spot, and I can make Kicky something too, to make that a group of 3 if no other kids are interested.

Otherwise, this looks like it will be a very easy swap, with some small groups. More time to experiment with Flock!

I am back form Florida, so I will be able to keep a closer eye on this now. Lesson #1 "Don't try and do signups during vacation, even if you think you will have time and access." There is never enough time.

I am going to close this out tomorrow morning. We have a couple of spots left open for the Disney Parks group, but if you want to do a character, that is fine too. Two Zoo/Animal spots, 2 Halloween spots, and one Everyday Life - Girl spot left.

Since signups were open longer than I had originally planned, I will be backing up the due date one week. And I will get the Progress thread up tomorrow afternoon.

I will close out the zoo animals and the parks group. I don't know what I will do I have to look and see what I can do with my colors of flock (black, brown, blue, and pink).

For the parks are you looking for specific rides, general pieces, or what?

Kicky is doing penguins for his kid group. Tora hasn't decided - probably a topper, possible "princess" or "girl power".

we made a start on Kicky's yesterday - how soon do you brish off the surplus? It seemed to come off too easily, we had to reapply a couple of times. I used a blusher brush to take of excess after several hours but I still felt it could be furrier.

Oh, and I knocked the black flock off the table Luckily DH didn't see :rolleyes3 and I scooped most of it back (it didn't ALL come out )

at the moment I'm not loving flock....

I find I have to reapply the flock more than once. I press it into the glue part with either tweezers or a popsicle stick. Tap off the excess and then put some more one and press that too. I think I shake off way more than stays on.
