Where do I begin...
Monday DS6 tells me his tummy hurts and he has diarrhea. Ok, I didn't have to work on Monday, I work retail pt. He had this last week too, and missed a day of school. Bland food, some pepto and hopefully he will feel better. He also wasn't eating like his usual self since Saturday.
Tuesday DS6 says he is hungry. I say great, I was dressed for work I give him a slice of apple. Next thing I know....everything is back up again. OK, I clean up DS, clean the floor, stop him from eating, he is now really hungry and wants to finish the apple. I shower him and call out of work.
Call the pediatrician to make sure it is just a tummy virus and nothing more serious. Yup, just a virus, nothing else, keep him home till the diarrhea is gone.
Weds, its not gone and he still has a tummy ache. He is eating better though, scrambled eggs and grandma brought over some bananas. Called out of work again.
Thursday morning. I get up, get dressed, didn't put on work clothes yet, since I don't have to be in until 10. DD11 is her usual sleepy head. I go back into her room for a third time, she is dressed but lying down. Mommy, my tummy hurts, I am not sure if it is because I am tired. I tell her to lay down some more, if she feels better I can take her to school late. DD6 is still sleeping. DD6 wakes up and says his tummy still hurts, oy, did you go potty yet?? No, he didn't.
I go downstairs make DH's lunch. As I am doing that DH calls to me and tells me that DD11 just threw up. Sigh, where?? The bathroom or her room (now understand, her floor is covered in stuff, mostly clothing..I lost the battle, I just can't keep fighting her). DH says her room, I am like NO, he is like yes, but she made it to her garbage can (TG)!! Ok, finish making lunch, go upstairs, threw out the bag, put in a new one. DD6 says mommy I still have diarrhea.
I call outta work yet again. As much as I dislike my job (retail SUCKS), if I had a "real" ft job, I would probably be in trouble..well maybe. My boss tells me he hopes they all start feeling better and to call in later today for next week's schedule.
DD11 is feeling better and watns to eat. Well, lets do toast. MIL is going to bring over some more bread and banana's. I am hoping, that DD11 doesn't get this like DS. They are supposed to be staying at Grandparents from Friday nite till late Sunday.
My 12 anniv. is on Monday, and DH and I were going to have some quality time together this weekend.
Yes, when it rains it pours. DD is already playing the Wii, I told her 1/2 hour only. That if she is well enough to play the Wii, she is well enough to clean her floor!!!
Is it too early for a drink???
