I have not. That's why I was trying to figure out the logistics in my head. When I search on the costco site for our May date, the swan/dolphin shows their car rental as closed.I am currently looking at this. Have you used this service before? I always rent from airport but the prices are very high. Is the dolphin and swan open too?
Both my husband and I would be listed as drivers and I know he would feel better having someone to help navigate. The children will be almost 16 and 13 at the time so they could stay in the room but the timing is tricky because the pick up is the morning we are checking out of a resort. I might just use uber over to the car care place.I believe that my husband has ridden the shuttle with me. Unless the three other people were children that could not be left alone in the room for a short period of time, I don't see the need for everyone to go.
We’ve used a few times pre covid. When plane arrived early or late, usually was able to reschedule once we landed easily enoughI've used the shuttle service a few times - pre-closure. When scheduling the pickup/drop-off, they've always asked how many would be in the party, and never asked if everyone was on the reservation. They use a large van, and its always been just my party that's being transported. Don't know why they'd particularly care.

When we dropped off (a couple of months before COVID), the driver asked us where we wanted to go on property. I'd think they can drop you right at your resort.Curious how drop off at the care care center works(national). We'll be staying at the Swan and Boardwalk. It's a bummer the Dolphin drop off is closed.
Do we have to call ahead before drop off to expect a shuttle out of there(myself and my 12 yo son)? We don't particularly care if they take us to the transportation center or directly to our resort. Obviously we'd like to spend as little time as possible in the transportation portion.
Basically just getting a one day rental as I have a free day with National to use. Using as transport into wdw, and grab some groceries since MDE isn't an option incoming as the first part of our stay is at the Swan.
Looks like they are only open until 7pm.
If we don't have to pay for parking anyway due to other perks, is it quicker to go through the parking toll booth(if there isn't a line).
In the past they only allowed the person whose name the rental was in, to ride the shuttle.

Thank you for that. I only need to drop off as pickup is at MCO.I assume that's in the last 11 months, yes?
They pick up and drop off at all resorts. They pick up and drop off at particular places at the parks. For instance, their pickup/dropoff spot "at" MK was actually at the lost and found area.
They have a schedule for pickups. You REALLY want to call them a few days out and get things scheduled, so you don't end up like me having to wait an extra amount of time waiting for them to pick me up at the race expo in 2019 because I didn't call early enough.
Leaving the CCC after dropping the car off, your name goes on a list with where you're heading onsite. It's not scheduled.
