Modifying reservations? - removing night to one, adding to other

I currently have 2 2-bedroom villas booked for the same 7 nights each later this year. Unfortunatey, they are Mon-Mon (due to availability when booking) so kids and grandkids have to take off of work and school an extra day. I see that there is still availability for Monday night of checking out. Would MS be able to modify to remove the last night (Sunday) from one reservation and add on to the other (Monday, checking out Tuesday) since I don't want to bank points and DH and I can stay longer? I also don't want to risk losing the reservations if they have to be cancelled and then re-booked. We have also already added the reservations to MDE.

I'm not 100% that I'm going to do this - waiting to hear from all of those in one of the villas to see if they would prefer to leave on Sunday.

You can do it yourself online, if you want. Or MS can do it for you. The Modify feature let's you change dates of an existing reservation without the risk of losing your original. Modifying won't change the reservation number so MDE will reflect the updated dates once the changes are made.

It's pretty straightforward.
