Shuttle to Port Canaveral???

We will be going on a RCL cruise in Sept and have tentatively booked shuttle transportation with L Tours, I was just wanting to know if anyone had ever used them. If so, how was their service? Thanks!
 
L Tours is permitted by the airport to pick you up. Other than that I do not know them.
