shuttle from WDW to US/IOA?????

I thought that I had read a while back (maybe 3 or 4 mos. ago) that a shuttle was available for transportation from Disney resorts to US/IOA. Does anyone have 411 on this.... ??

I think there is a shuttle through Mears, but it costs $12 a head.
