Shuttle from Universal to Disneyland?

Someone told me there are regular shuttles that go from Universal to Disney for about $15 each person - but I can't find any info on them - anyone know?

Kinda...only I want to go from Universal to Disney - we are staying out in Studio City next weekend for an event, and I wanted to zip over to disney for the day....but not 100% comfortable driving a freeway I don't know at night on my own with 2 tweens.

I wouldn't even go to Universal... Nowhere as kept or nice as D Land. Or if you do go there first that way you wont be disappointed.
