I saw someone downloaded a copy right release form so they could get copies of pictures from onboard. Can someone tell me about this?

The photos taken on board the ship by the professional photographers are copyright protected, which means that no reputable photo processing shop will (or can) reproduce them. If you wish to have an outside vendor copy pictures taken on the ship all you have to do is download the release and present it to your chosen photo processor so that they can legally copy the photos.

Hopefully Disney's Photopass will eventually expand to the cruise line and replace the current photography set up. Then, you could buy your pictures both on the ship and once you return home!

I never had a problem at the local Walgreens........even without the release.

I have been asked for a release at CVS, Costco & Walmart...glad I had it. I usually bring them to get reproduced by whomever is having a sale on prints at the time.

DCL used to have a kiosk with a monitor set up in Shutter's that you could look up your photos and order more....not sure why they did away it.

Did you leave you photo to be reprinted or did you use the Kodak picture maker and scan them yourself?
