Anyone else have problems with their Disney cruise photos? We were over charged an of 79 ship pictures, 28 are of complete strangers. Working with Disney an The Image Group, but slow going!

Last time we went we checked our folder and had only one photo in it. When we inquired about it they had no good answer for us. We never got anymore pictures in our folder the rest of the trip. I guess they didn't want our money.

Did you use the computers to check your pictures? In shutters on deck 4 (Fantasy/Dream) they have computers where you swipe your KTTW to view your photos. We compared what was in our folder to what was showing on the computer to find missing photos. There were some missing so we asked at the desk and they printed them for our folder.

The kiosks were in operative. So we trusted them. We did turn one disc back in, then received a second. Charged twice. The quality of most pictures were poor. We took better shots with our simple point an shoot.
