Shula's Steak House at the Dolphin

DH wants to try Shula's when we go to Disney in January. I am not a big steak eater, I'd rather have a salad and maybe an extra side. But I do have to have a small taste (maybe 2-3 ounces) of his steak, but I'm not paying a sharing charge for that. Is the sharing charge gone for sure?

Many of the questions I wanted answering about Shulas are here on this thread - thank you. Can I ask if anyone can translate the types of steak available into the terms more common in the UK.
Filet is obviously our fillet. Prime Rib is more like our roast beef than steak.

NY Strip? Porterhouse? Cowboy steak? Porterhouse

I am assuming a Kansas City Sirloin is the same as a sirloin steak here in the UK.

Don't know how the staek we term rump/t bone or rib-eye fit in.

All help gratefully received.

I have to agree with previous posters!! it is pricey but the best steak i have ever had.

Anyone have any info on the early bird specials? Do they still do that? Anyone know what the times are?
Thanks!

Price but definitely worth it. Not just the best steaks on property but arguably in all of Central Florida.
