Us too... We quit after the whole "Carter/Africa" thing and when the script writers started with the preachy advocacy too often.I quit on ER too but went back for the last season.
We started watching Lost in season 2 and watched it religiously every week until about the middle of the last season and just stopped. No real reason and no conscious plan to not watch anymore. We just didn't watch and didn't seem to miss it. To this day we don't know how it ended.
Game of Thrones...I work night shift, missed a couple episodes, and now I'm really far behind. I'm planning a makeup marathon on my next stretch off (after kids go to bed, of course!)
Yep. We were watching the first season of Once Upon a Time as a family. Then we went to Disney the end of November of 2012 and a new ep was showing while we were down there (DH had set the DVR to record the show). We refused to watch the rest of the season until we could watch that one episode. Unfortunately we missed the entire second season b/c we could never find the time to sit down and play catch-up. On top of that, DH had it set to delete episodes after about 6 of them were recordedWe'll most likely have to pay the cost from Amazon Prime just to watch season 2. That will most likely be on a weekend.
I watched it until the very end, and still don't know (or understand) how it ended, lol!
True Blood. I loved it until they got so involved with those stupid fairies.
