Shows you loved but for some reason stopped watching

I gave up on Vampire Diaries this year. I have them all taped but got busy and now I've lost interest.

Grey's Anatomy. Loved it for the first few seasons then got bored with it.

I loved My So Called Life years ago, but it only lasted one season - which I do not understand because it was so awesome!!!

It was awesome!

Claire Danes didn't want to do another season. She had done Romeo and Juliet and decided that t.v. was too small time for her. She wanted to stick with movies.

I'll always be a little mad at her for that. Jordan Catalano. What could have been.

Another one for NCIS. I used to love that show! I also was into The Good Wife, but got a bit disgusted with the main character, so that was that.
Others include The Office, Cheers during the Kirstie Alley years (came back for the finale, though!), Scrubs, ditto on True Blood also.
I like Glee and How I Met Your Mother, but I only watch it in syndication or Netflix. I never remember to catch it on the night it is on, and we don't have a DVR.

How I Met Your Mother. My DD has given up on it as well. Have all the episodes but honestly don't know if I'll finish it up.

Stopped watching Raising Hope out of nowhere. (is it still on?) Not sure why I really liked it.

I keep threatening to dump Grey's. This show really needs to be over yet I keep watching.

Thinking about dumping Mike and Molly, they've ruined that show.

Binged watched season one of Damages, started season two and realized I just didn't care what happened, lol.

Hot In Cleveland
The Exes
The Soul Man

Way behind on all of the above because they are not in HD and we concentrate on getting the HD stuff off our DVR first :lmao:

DW gave up on ER and Grays Anatomy a few years in. I never cared for either. We stopped watching King Of Queens when they moved the time slot. Gave up on How I Met Your Mother a couple years back.

Criminal Minds. I have no idea why other than that I just keep forgetting when it is on. Our old DVR couldn't seem to distinguish new from reruns and would fill up in a few days when I set a series recording, even though I specified new episodes only, so I missed a lot and just never got back to watching.

I'm pretty close to the same point with Revolution. It is on at a terrible time and when I DVR it I have a hard time getting around to watching so I fall behind. I binge-watched to catch up over the Olympic break but still haven't gotten around to last week's episode yet.

Person of Interest, Revenge and Once Upon a time

Series I wish they continued -
The London Hospital (one my top shows ever!!)
Upstairs Downstairs ( the series that was in 2010+ not the 70s episodes)
Mad Men (not over yet but soon... Toooo soon)

I quit on ER too but went back for the last season.

I forgot, Everybody Loves Raymond. It just got to where I couldn't take Debra calling him an idiot and hitting him all the time. If the roles were reversed people would've been appalled.

CSI, the original Vegas one.

DH and I used to love that show. Then when Grissom left, we kind of lost interest. Actually, we just saw an ad for CSI last night and commented that we had not seen it in years. I was surprised Ted Danson is still on it and that the character "Sarah" is back. Looked like Nick and the other guy Greg are still on it.

I stopped watching Raising Hope too. And like you I am not sure why. It is a funny show. Damages is another one that I have been meaning to watch the last 2 seasons on Netflix

The Middle
Modern Family

I always forget the day & time they're on, so I miss it every week.

The Vampire Diaries and Originals...

they film here in Atlanta so I have been an extra on both of those shows a few different times and now i can't stand to watch the shows

Revenge - watched the first season only.

Lost - they lost me in the last 2 seasons.

Grey's Anatomy - I didn't know it was still on. I haven't watched it in several years.

Downton Abbey, it's like any other soap opera with a British accent and prettier clothes.

quit on Mad Men too and I love this show. Just got too busy and behind. Again, maybe in the summer.

We started watching Lost in season 2 and watched it religiously every week until about the middle of the last season and just stopped. No real reason and no conscious plan to not watch anymore. We just didn't watch and didn't seem to miss it. To this day we don't know how it ended.

The Vampire Diaries
Pretty Little Liars
Switched at birth

I hope to catch up on these this summer.
