DD is going to be at the 6 month mark for her pregnancy. It is possible that she may not make every dinner I have booked. I set up the ADR's as if she will be there, but what happens if she decides to stay in the room while we eat? We are a party of 7 with her, 6 without her.

It's fine. Just explain when you check in that one of you party is not feeling well. Happens all the time. You might have a slight wait because with 7 they were holding a table that seats 8, so they might choose to seat you at a 6 person table to make that larger table available for another large party.

The WL concierge actually booked an ADR for my party of "4" even though I told him we were a party of two. There were no ADRs for 2 available the day we wanted at that restaurant and he said to just tell the CM at check in that 2 of our party cancelled at the last minute. They didn't bat an eye and sat us at a table for 2.

Thanks very much for the quick replies, I have been stressing over this a bit since everything is so booked that week.

You are going from an odd number to an even number. It should not be a problem at all. If you were going from six people to seven people, you might have had a problem.
