I've just been reading the thread about the Romance at Sea Package (October 31st is our wedding anniversary - no I didn;t arrive at the cereomony by broomstick - and I'm toying with this idea for our Halloween cruise). I see that the Champagne Breakfast menu offers a Mimosa. What is a Mimosa? It's probably obvious but I've never heard of it.

Another question - I see the Romance Package includes Palo reservations. Is this just for brunch and dinner or can you book High Tea as well?

Sorry, just thought of something else - I'm such a butterfly brain! Can you book this package through your TA (we are with Dreams) or do you have to do it direct with Disney.

Hi to a fellow Brit!

I've booked this for our August cruise - we're also booked thru DU and they made the booking for me. As I understand it, only the cost of the Palo dinner is included in the package but, as a courtesy, DCL are currently offering to make reservations for Brunch and High Tea at the same time as they make your dinner reservation. Sure hope they continue this "courtesy" til we cruise on Aug 14th!

Thanks, Tartanfan. I thought the cost would only include dinner but was hopeful that they might do other reservations as well. One more question if you don't mind. Do you have to pay the cost of the package to your TA or is it added to your shipboard account?

Hello KEH. When you book this package thru your travel agent the charge goes on your credit card immediately (at least that is what happened to us).

We will be doing it in 2 weeks and if it is wonderful I will post about it.

Still interested if anyone has a response to the question of whether or not you can use the Palo option for brunch. I know the surcharge for bruch is $10 instead of $5...can you just pay the difference and have brunch in your romance at sea plan instead of dinner?

Actually the surcharge for dinner at Palo is now $10. But I am not sure if you can substitute brunch for dinner.
