Had to watch again, I am so addicted!!! I think that Shane's mom is even wackier than Mr. Nutter, although he comes in a close second!! I can't wait for the update show next Wednesday!

I feel so bad for Grace Nutter. Her dad doesn't know her at all - he has to be one of the most selfish people I've ever seen. "My life didn't end when their's began"? Well, no, it didn't end but isn't he their dad? Shouldn't he be a little bit concerned about those children and what they may want/need?

I still think little Jordan and her mom are the cutest. They have the RIGHT outlook on that whole crazy life.

I missed the Tyes tonight. What happened? I'll have to watch the rerun.

The family serioulsy has some issues...think much of themselves don't they? She ACTUALLY thought her "no-name" son was going to sing in a stadium full of thousands of people?

I'm sorry...but I find it hilarious.

Reality - bad singing/dancing in front of more livestock then humans! hehehe

I can't help but watch this show!

Shane has zero talent and his mom is just so over the top. I love how the producer said that the mom doesn't get it.

The pagent mom is horrible. That poor baby never gets a good word from her. As soon as she got off the stage her mother was attacking her "Why didn't you look at mommy?" Poor thing.

Mr. Nutso is selfish and clueless. His family is miserable and he doesn't care as long as he gets his chance at fame.

Jordan and her Mom were equally obnoxious - maybe they filmed the scene without her because she's not that good and her Mom is a pain in the bum!

The Nutters - well Dad is living up to his last name. DH thinks the Dad is more girly than I am!

The pagent thing - can't even go there! It's just insane.

It's on the Bravo channel (same channel as Queer Eye)
Tuesdays at 9pm...and the season finale is next Tuesday with a "reunion" special on Wednesday.

I'm SURE they will re-play the heck out of it this weekend!

My bf and I nearly died laughing when the Klingensmith's arrived outside of the Raymond James Stadium. OOH! We're gonna perform for COWS!

How in the world did she get into her head that they were actually going to be performing INSIDE of the stadium for 10,000 people???? Did she honestly think her son would REALLY be doing that? That's pretty sad that she has it stuck in her head that he's going to be a superstar. He sounds tone deaf, can't sing, and I was actually embarrassed to listen and watch him. His Mom was pretty freaky looking in that little tent. Her eyes would get HUGE and she was screaming at the people that they couldn't hear them. Maybe they didn't WANT anyone to hear him!

Funny sidenote...that tv show that Shane went out for...my boss's son is actually one of the stars in it! My bf and I were giggling that a 6 year old has more talent that Shane.

Did you notice for the preview for next week that Shane's name is on the Frontier's billboard in Vegas? How'd he get that?!



Jordan (from that horrible looking direct to video Alien 51) is definetly a smart ***. Her Mom has to know that. The only reason why her Mom is living in California is for JORDAN, not herself or her other daughter. It looks like in the next episode they're packing up and moving out. She needs to go back to her husband.



Duncan Nutter needs to just let his family move back to Vermont. He's a nutcase.


Emily Tye's mother is HORRIBLE! I love the way she says that the pagent that they're at is also reflected on the way the family is acting...and she's yelling at Grandma Tye to get out of the way and to stop trying to help. Did anyone else think the woman who didn't want her daughter or granddaughter on camera sounded like Tangeia from Poltergeist?


The other Jordan and her mother are wonderful, and I hope to have that kind of relationship with my daughter. She gracefully accepted the fact that she didn't get the voice over in the cartoon (where as the 14 year old Jordan got all pissy when she found out she was denied a part a week ago). The love and respect that she and her mother have for each other is amazing.

I can't wait to see where they all are now on the show in 2 weeks. I want to find out where that timeshare is Debbie Klingensmith works at and stop in to see if she'll get me an autographed picture

I found it so funny when Shane was reading for the action movie and was telling the guy he was under arrest with a big-ole smile on his face. Like anyone would take him seriously!!!

I agree, stinkerbelle, with the mom talking about "The Raymond James Stadium, where the Tampa Bay Buccanners play". I thought her head was going to explode while he was on stage, the way that she was carrying on!

However, I must have to agree with Emily's mom, when the other mom was going wacky because of the cameras being around. She could have been a lot more discret about it.

TOTALLY forgot about Momma Tye saying that and then YELLING at Grandma Tye! And then momma Tye was saying that they look at the way they were dressed, etc...umm..so when were they planning on changing then? She still looked kinda WT-y. (sorry - but she did!)

And I think they (Bravo) 'changed' the voice...the woman didn't want anything to do with the cameras...so I think by law they had to change her voice to hide her 'identity'.

Missed it at 8, but stayed until 12 to catch it =) LOVE THIS SHOW!

Um... Shane is so sad. I just LAUGHED when they showed up to perform for the cows at the county fair... Made her look like a fool. She's a fool for thinking her son has talent! When is that going to hit her, I wonder? I feel sorry for Shane, really... now she's gonna pull him out of school, too. Poor kid.

Duncan the Nut makes me so angry. He talks to his children like they are STRANGERS. His wife too. I can't get over how weird that whole dynamic is. I am still scratching my head as to why mom hasn't packed the whole bunch up and moved back to Vermont herself. perhaps he controls her much like he controls the children? The oldest said repeatedly last night how controlling and manipulative he is. Sad situation. His children have no respect for him at ALL, and just refer to him as "Father" SAD

I love the other Jordan and her mom... they both really seem to have it together, and the mom seems to really keep things levelheaded for the both of them. Course they don't show much of them because they're not crazy!!

The older Jordan... I'm not sure how i feel about her... she mentioned that her mom has been pushing her to do this, but she is a smartass, but wouldn 't we all be if we were forced to do something we didn't really want to do, and given the power (at 14!) to dictate where my family even lived! I feel for the moms new husband. He had some great points about that whole thing...

What's to say about little EMily... the whole pagaeant thing is just nauseating. I think the other mom was a bit over the top (and I"m sure BRAVO changed her voice as well), but anyone involved in those stupid things are over the top IMO anyways. Emilys mom seemed to go over the top in her reaction to her... crazy crazy people. I was glad to hear that Emily goes to school each day. At least she gets SOMETHING non-pageant related.
