Here's Tony and I in 1985. Couldn't resist posting one with Tony in too - he did have hair once! :goodvibes
It's a scanned photo and for some reason it's made us both look really short!

Thats a lovely photo ! Tone you look really young :rotfl2:

Everyones dresses are lovely! Its nice to see so many different styles. I will ask DH to scan s couple of mine in and post them on here:)

As you can see we had a somewhat 'unusual' wedding................;)

Phil was president of the Dracula Society, in Whitby, at the time :)

It was a great day but all the lovely photos of you in the sunshine are making me jealous......

Lovely dresses, I love threads like this. I will have to see if I can get some pics of mine. It was a real Cinderella jobby! :)

A photo from my wedding to Robin way back in 1990. Not the best quality as pre digital and I had to scan it in and it doesn't really show all the detailing on my dress.

What a lovely thread! Isn't it amazing how quickly fashions change?

Here's mine from 1995 at the Sheraton Lakeside (now Best Western)

This wasn't 'my' dress - you know, the one you dream of. I had a fabulous silk dress with green & antique gold embroidery lined up for our planned church wedding. We soon got fed up with trying to please evryone so decided to get wed in Florida instead & the dress shop wouldn't do hires to take abroad.
I had to buy one & couldn't afford 'my' dress so had to pick one to buy from the sale rail instead - I was gutted at the time. All turned out well & the shop owner was very helpful, finding me somebody to customise the detail :thumbsup2

Here are a couple of ours from 2000 at Sunset Pointe at The Polynesian Resort :)

Talking about 'young' I can hardly believe Arun will be 21 this month..................:scared1:

Dw insisted I post these. We were married in 1974 just bairns, long hair and platform shoes were all the rage.as you can see it was the B/W era, only posh folk could afford colour then..
