I am a geek, i am a university student with a massive Disney obsession and too much spare time. I don't do computer programming (not that i wouldn't like to learn) im more of a random fact kind of person.

My DBF is doing Engineering at University, plays Ultimate frisbee and can join me in our recitation of Monty Python, we even went to see Spamalot in the West End for his birthday (he bought the 'I'm not dead yet' T-shirt)

I have watched a few episodes of the Big Band Theory, and really liked it, its just i can't watch it here.

Im glad to find some fellow geeks i can hang out with! People at my uni can be so judgemental, but since us geeks control the plannet (or at least the internet connection) i think its more out of fear than anything else!

Oh and if a guy spends months planning how to propose to you like that, she had better say yes.

Trust me, you need to check out "Big Bang". It's about a couple of physicists living together across the hall from a drop dead blonde "actress". I know it sounds formulaic, but there are some truly hilarious lines.

OK before this gets to be an elitist Nerd thread

I am the GM for the weakend StarWars roleplaying game that happens at my house. My wife plays in the game. We have played Husband/Wife characters in other peoples games. I also had to buy her a PS3 so that she could play Unreal 3 (she could not wait the 6 months for it to come out on PC).

Also I have 4 working computers networked in my home so we can play: Diablo, Unreal 2K4, Starcraft, and Battlegrounds together with friends. And We have an XBox360 to play Battlefront2 and Seven Sorrows on the Big screan.

We also both collected comics, like Monty Python (yes nerd material), and love They Might Be Giants!!.

So I am a Nerd, but I ain't no geek!
