I have gone Easter week for 10 days. IF this is not for your first trip, and you will brobable be going back at another time, then I would say Easter might be an option for you. An observation I had on my Easter trip was that there was signifiantly many more teens/young adults doing what ever they felt...no matter who got hurt. Case in point, I was walking with my DH and 2 boys to dinner at Epcot(and we dress nicer for evenings) and a group of 4 teens-young adult, decided it would be funny to jump in a puddle infront of us. Needless to say..dirty water got all over our clothes..rude thoughtless behavor. Also many people were not aware that there might be smaller children, (do be sure to man your kids-if you have them-with glow in the dark items). We spent every day at the pool from 1-4, we primarily did TS restaurants, and used FP for lots of rides. The good thing about Easter time is the weather is warmer and the park hours are longer(to compensate for the crowds-you must take advantage of the Magical Hours). Also most rides are finished any renovations or maintance. Down side is we saw many people turned away from TS restaurants, because they did not make ADR's..and there were no open tables.
Feburary, the crowds are signifantly smaller, park hours are shorter, maintenance of rides might restrict a ride or two you might have wanted to ride. Weather is usually ok. I would pick Feburary if you are traveling with people who do not handle crowds well, or are not intrested in pools or waterparks. I would still make Adr's for any restaurants you really wanted to eat at.
RE: resorts all of the ones you have listed you can't go wrong. We had a great stay at BWV last year, and this year we are staying at BC/VWL. The villa ammenties depend on the size of unit(2brm vs stuido...very different experience). I would check out floor plans on disney website, Disboards main page, or
www.allearsnet.com Really it depends on your needs(and budget), but many people rave about the Concierge rooms. It is very nice to stay near a park so you cut your transportation time...I would stay near MK(WL/Poly) if you are traveling with children or are planning on spending a majority of your time there. I would stay at an Epcot hotel(BW/YC/BC), if you will be dining at Epcot most nights(very easy to get back to your room), if you are planning on spending a lot of time at Epcot or MGM, or if you like night life without having to go to DTD-the Broadwalk has plenty of action in the evening after Illuminations.
Good luck planning your trip.
