OK-My entire trip is planned and all my ADR are made. Instead of leaving everything alone I decide to join tourguide Mike which I think is pretty cool. However, Tourguide Mike says my plans are all wrong!

So, do I atempt to change all my ADR or just leave everthing alone and go with the flow? Are vacation is for May 27th-June 4th.

May 27th-Alfrdo di Roma 6:00
May 28th-6:40 Chef Mickey -late night at Magic
May 29th-BOMA 5:00-late night at Animal
May 30th-6:30 Norway-late night at EPCOT
May 31st-50's prime time 6:20-late night at MGM
June 1st-10:30 Crystal Palace (after an early morning)
7:10 Rose & Crown-late night at EPCOT
June 2nd-5:40 1900 Park Fare-late night at MAGIC
June 3rd-12:00 Coral Reef
Tony's for dinner

The only day the plan agrees with is the last day!

Should I start all over???(sigh) :crazy2:

I would follow TGM and start all over - JMHO

I did not want to hear that!!

Have you used this guide? It makes sense I just really really wish I was not finished with all my reservations!

Thanks!

Your days also mostly go against the advice of the Unofficial Guide's Best Days (on their website) so I think it would be wise to change your ADRs. Do it all in one phone call and then you can relax. :)

sorry I am new who is tour guide mike, what is the address for the unoffical website

Hello
I saw you had the Coral Reef on your dining plan. Are you using the Disney Dining? It is 2 dinner tickets for it and it is not worth 2 tickets. I would recommend Le Cellier in Canada at Epcot for only 1 dinner ticket.
Was at Disney at Christmas and New Year and will be going back next summer!!!

Coral Reef is no longer a 2 dinner tickets resturant, but I wouldn't go back there even for just 1 ticket. The food is just so-so and too many kids.

My DH picked this restaurant! What sounds better? The 4 girls are vegetarian so we were just going to make him happy! Should we go with the French restaurant? I hear they have great mac and cheese!

Thanks!!

Ps-I am changing most of our plans so I might as well do this now!

I did a search for Tourguide Mike and you pay $21.00 to join. He is the sponsor of the attraction group. You are not allowed to disclose info you get from the site. http://www.tourguidemike.com/index.asp

I have found the site a bit hard to navigate but it is full of info! I think once I get it all together I will love the site!

You put in your travel dates and he recomends different parks based on attendance receord, EMH and stuff like that. He said all my dates were wrong! LOL! We were going with all the EMH but now that I think about it that makes us get up early and stay up late and that is really a bad idea! :crazy2:

The unofficial site is http://www.touringplans.com/UG/tripplanner/ughome.php

Definitely follow TGM's info. I did the same as you. Had everything booked when his best days/worst days for my trip came out -- and BAM! started completely over. Think of it this way, planning is half the fun.

I don't mean to mess with your plans but Coral Reef does not cater well to vegetarians. They had one vegetarian dish which was boring and bland. However, the kids menu has a cheese pizza or a very plain pasta dish with a tomato based sauce so you have some, but not many, options. If your DH has his heart set on it, give it a shot but don't go with huge expectations and you won't be disappointed. We got a grumpy server which didn't help! Also, if you have enough time, try to hold out for a tank-side table - this will make a big difference!

Also, with the vegetarians in mind, I would suggest you switch Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace around - Chef Mickeys have limited vegetarian options for dinner whereas Crystal Palace have great choices so I would do breakfast at CM and dinner at CP. Just an idea to add to your dilemma. :teeth:

Thanks! I was just thinking of switching chef for crystal and now I believe I will!

DH is not set of Coral Reef. We were really trying to spend out last TS credits.

Since I am now completly rearranging our trip! I will see about eating somewhere else!

Thanks everyone!

I think it would be a good idea to ask this question on the Tour Guide Mike forum rather than over here. I am a veteran TGM user and I just had to make changes yesterday which included changing the elusive Cinderella's Royal Table character meal!!! Do I think it is worth it to follow Mike's advice? Absolutely!! You shouldn't have any problems making changes. I changed several other things a couple weeks ago and actually got better dining times.
