Hello all,

I have a little problem. So DD & I have booked a trip for Sept 20-27 with free ddp. When making our ADR's I made them for 2 with a note saying possibly 3. At the time DH didn't know if he could come with us. Well DH can't come with us, but now my parents are coming. So our party went from 2 to 4.

My question, Should I make all new ADR's for a party of 4 or just wing it with our current adr's. We got good times and places. I don't want to chance losing our spots if I don't have to. I know if we wing it we may have to wait, but would they flat out refuse to seat us. Any help/advice or ppl with past experience with this would be greatly appreciated.

My Current ADr's:
Sept 21-WCC 5:45
Sept 22-50's Prime Time 6:20
Sept 23-Akerhaus 8:50, Boma 7:35
Sept 24-Yak & Yeti 3:30
Sept 26-Ohana BFF 9:10, Teppan Edo 6:15

I would call back and make the change. I'm surprised they put a "possibly 3" note in your ressie--seems like they should've just made the ressie for 3 people. Maybe for they thought going from 2-3 might be doable because they could stick a chair on the end of a table for 2. But going from 2 to 4 would, I think, require a whole different table. The restauarants were packed during free dining last year when we went. I could definitely see them turning you away if you show up with 4 people when your ressie was for 2.

Nevermind, went ahead and changed adr's. Only had to move Akerhaus and 50's PT to another date. Everything else was available!!

they all sound good to me ....glad that you were able to keep the reservations.
