Sorry, that title was my tribute to Little Richard in the insurance commercial. Cranberry dressing....whoooo!

Anyway, I am a wreck ovwer this whole airfare business! Delta has a flight for us for $268, $237 for my parents and $120 for my sister (one way). I could probably live with those prices (wish ours was $237, oh well) but my sister wants to wait for a SW special. I just don't know if that's going to happen this year. Also, what if there is, but I can't process 3 different bookings before the seats are all gone? We are all leaving together July 10 from Hartford but coming back different dates so 3 seperate bookings.

Delta has the best price since I started looking two months ago. The prices have dropped some, but how much lower will the reasonably go? As my DH says, with the price of fuel etc..., $150 (about) each way to get to Florida is still a pretty good deal. Any opinions?

My JetBlue tix for Aug. $207 r/t n/s. Had to book it cuz I don't know if anything better will show up. esp since I leave in am and return in pm, the most time for my $$. That's bos to mco.:surfweb:

If the flights are only a little more than you want to spend, it might give you peace of mind to book and have it over with. Once you book, don't ever check SWA site and you'll never know if you missed a sale.

If its a price you can live with, its better to book it than regret it later. www.farecast.com can sort of predict fares in the next 90 days but thats as far as they look. Good luck.

Thanks. My DH and I had a talk about it tonight and he said just to book it. Looks like tomorrow I'll do it and then I will never visit the Transportation board or SW again. I will also disable my Ding feature.:thumbsup2

>>> somebody PLEASE

Psst! I don't think there is anybody out of the billions in the world who has the necessary skill.

For the Delta flight, is it "on sale" (T class) as opposed to everyday (U or L class)? You are usually better off waiting for "a" "sale".

Hmmm.....are you referring to me or Little Richard? Just trying to decide if I should be insulted or not.

Anyway, I have no idea what "class" the fare is. How do you tell? Guess I'm just not enough of a globe trotter to know the differance :confused3

If you use something like www.itasoftware.com when you pick the flights you lke the will show you the booking code(T, S, V, H)...What they mean I have no clue, but I do know airlines only have so many fares available a certain rates.(and they are T fares so they are on sale per seashoreCM..so I would get them Today-ASAP)
BTW I was able to get 4 tickets for 237 BDL-MCO on Delta NS for July 10-17...I was testing them out for you...so you should be able to do it
