Should I be worried???

We are headed to WDW in Sept and we just got our Reservation confirmation in the mail. We have the free dining plan as well.

Here's the thing...We have 4 in our party and we are there for 6 days.

On the confirmation where it lists the features it says

Counter Service 1 per person

Snacks 1 per person

Table Service 1 per person.

I called Disney and they said that was per day.

But when it says 1 per person and not "Per person per day" I got worried they might mess it up.

Is this the normal way it shows up?

Yes, that is normal.

Don't worry, it's not possible for the dining plan to be for just one night on a multi-night reservation. It's always for the full length of your reservation.
