Should I be worried?!?!?!

Just checked disneyworld.com under "my vacation" and my ticket type says "needed"??? Also says "there are no details for this vacation". I booked an 8 day stay at AKL, DxDDP, and 8 day Park hopper tickets with the water park & fun option. This was booked November 2nd and paid in full November 16th. Tried calling Disney, but was on hold for nearly an hour!!!

Odds are good that for whatever reason your vacation is not properly linked to your login information.

Did you try pulling up your vacation information by entering the Reservation Confirmation # at the Disney website?

You didn't say .. but did you book with a travel agent? Because if you did you can't review your details at the Disney website.

I believe I read a day or so ago that the reservation system was going to do some "magical enhancements" starting last night at 10 and lasting a day or so. This specifically involved booking of packages...might that be the problem?

This is most likely the case as I just tried to log into my ressie which I have done numerous times before and it stated there was an error. I always check it periodically to make sure nothing has changed. If I can't get through online by tomorrow afternoon, I will make a phone call just to be on the safe side.

Somethign is definitely "up" with the Disney site..

I just logged in to look at my room only reservation in 14 days..

The first screen correctly said "Your next vacation is just 14 days away"

But when I went to look at the details on the reservation which I have been able to do previously .. it said..

Sorry, we are not able to display your information at this time. Please call our Reservations Center at (407) 939-7675 for assistance with reservation details or try again later.

So obviously the site isn't working right.

That's what I read, and it said it did not affect room-only bookings or DVC, I think. Just packages...

Well as I noted, it's affected my room only.. and that's the one that's important to me!

Hmmm, that's strange. I can bring up my room-only booking details under "my vacation".

I just typed in mine, it came up fine with all my info
