Shopping stickers and/or embellishments?

I have a friend looking for some shopping stickers and/or embellishments. When I try to Google it all I get is shopping sites. Anyone see some stuff like this?

I know Sugar Tree has a shopping paper but I don't know if anyone has it in. I found it at my lss once.

Check Jolee's. That brand has some specific shopping embellishments. Don't know if they have a dedicated site, but surely googling will bring up something.
