Shopkick issues?

My walk-ins aren’t working for some of the stores. For example tj max never works but my family get it every time. Others work beautifully what am I doing wrong? I have a iPhone 10s, but my 7 was doing it. My family has 8s

Same here!
I have a Android. My old one is when they quit working. H&M does not work either. I can stand inside H&M and pick up Bed Bath & Beyond walk in (that store is under H&M store on floor 1). I can't figure out why H&M and Marshals do not work!
I got a new Android and they still do not work.
My husband signed up for shopkicks last week and we stopped at Marshals this last week and it did not work on his either! He has a I phone. I did the shopkick beacon detector and it picked up the beacon!
I have removed the app and reinstalled it before. I have emailed and asked shopkicks (no reply). I have read through the help stuff on their app. I have shopped at Marshals and submitted the receipt for the walk in credit and they never gave me the points.

So I have given up. Oh well. I would go into Marshals more often if it worked but I guess they are not really caring. The only time I am sad is when it goes up to 150. Target is walking distance from Marshals and I can get their walk ins everyday any day. So, it is not my phone.

I went on Saturday to get 150 points each from TJ Maxx and Marshals on Saturday. I had no problem with TJ Maxx. Nothing showed for Marshals even after walking around the store for a bit. So I left.
Then later in the day I heard the shopkick ring and it said my 150 points were now ready. Weird, but at least I did get them.
