Question... I bought a $100 Chapter e-gift card through airmilesshops. It posted right away, but only for 4 air miles... am I going to have a problem with the airmilesshops offer working? If so do I contact them about this now, or once STB miles have posted?

Yes you will have a problem because that means it didn't trigger the $100 transaction.
Should you contact them now or later? IMHO, later because you will STILL need to contact them again when the total bonus posts because it doesn't matter how they post the miles right now it will show up as "missing miles"

They'll want to know the following things, all of which will be on your email confirmation of your order:

• date of transaction
• Name of store
• total BEFORE both taxes and shipping

You'll also want to check the post on the first page about online shopping to see if you're due any miles from multiplier offers.

I only got 50 instead of 100 so I called BMO---- who said call Airmiles----- who said call BMO,,,
so I said enough sending me in circles and---- Airmiles said ok and that in 1/2 hour they would credit my account.wow

Got my 50 AM from AirMiles shops for STB!!!!
I did 4 orders over $100 in that time period and none appeared to post correctly for the promo. Lol. It says Shop the Block
That means 7 of 8 offers have posted properly for me so “should” have no problem with the big bonus posting. Fingers crossed.
