Shoebuy.com good website?

I wanted to order shoes from shoebuy, found a great price, but reviews online don't look that good. Does anyone have experience ordering from shoebuy?

I ordered a pair of shoes from them for a wedding. They were way to tight. I filled out the return request, they sent me the label, I returned them. I thought about reordering but decided on a different pair somewhere else. I had my money back within the week. I would definitely use them again.

I have made 3 purchases from them-ALL being positive. I could always find some kind of discount code floating around online. I had free shipping with all of the purchases too.

I've purchased from shoebuy and zappos. Both were great.

One difference is returns. One gives you a label for UPS, the other gives you a label for FedEx. Can't remember which is which. If that makes a difference to you, check their policies.

Shoebuy is my favorite over Zappos, Shoes.com and Endless.com becuse of the great prices and/or return shipping.

I frequently buy several pairs from there and send whatever doesn't fit back. (I have narrow feet, so finding shoes in our area is nearly impossible. This is a great way to try everything on and see what it looks like from the comfort of my home.) I buy the boys' shoes this way too. (Never have to deal with them at the shoes department! )

If you register with them and order, then order again within 30 days, you get an additional 10% off your next order. (So, if you order every 30 days you get an additional 10% everytime - plus whatever %off the are offering.)

The only drawback is when you do returns and you have more than one pair, they must all go in one box. My solution is to tape the shipping boxes together and wrap the whole thing in brown paper.

Ive used Shoebuy a few times now. Ive always used a % off and have caught some really good sales. Never had any problems. If you use the free shipping, just be aware that it will take pretty close to 2 weeks to get your order.

I've shopped with shoebuy.com several times. Usually, because I found it there at a much better price than elsewhere.

The ship time is much slower than Zappos. Usually it's taken at least one week to get to me. Also, returns have been a bit of a hassle...but if you're not in a huge hurry to get the shoes, I think it's worth trying, since their prices tend to be so good!

I haven't needed to buy shoes recently, but in the past, I've ordered from them many times. Since my feet are hard to fit, I've also made plenty of returns. They sent the wrong item once, but they corrected it. Other than that, no issues. They do take longer to ship, but they also have better discounts than other places.

ShoeBuy is one of my favorite sites to shop from. Have been using them the past 3+ years to buy Crocs and other styles. Very prompt service, the 10% extra off when you register and order within 60 days, plus you also get e-mail *exclusive* discounts.

I also shop from 6pm.com (Zappos.com's clearance site) but I prefer ShoeBuy. As a matter of fact one of my orders for my upcoming DIsney trip is arriving Tuesday.

I love shoebuy. I order from them frequently and usually order a few pairs and send the ones I don't want back. Returns are super easy and the money is refunded quickly. You do have to watch how long you have an item, I think it is 60 days or something, which is plenty of time to figure out if you want to keep a pair of shoes or not. I like them better than zappos because they will email you coupons pretty often, so the prices are better.

Thanks for the feedback. Just ordered 2 pair of Keens for the price of one. Could't find them on sale anywhere else. The reviews online are mixed, but I knew the budgetboard members would know if they we're a good site.
