Shipping items to Polynesian

Does anyone know if it's possible to have some outside (non-disney) items shipped to the Polynesian for us and held there until we arrive mid December?

Yes, I just did this. I shipped a package that arrived 5 days prior to us. It was at the front desk when I checked in they got it for me.
and I also had water delivered which arrived the day after we did, they called my room to let me know it arrived and they brought it right to the room for me.

We ship packages all the time to our resorts. Not sure if you have ever shipped to a resort before but just one thing, never put your confirmation # on the outside of the package. I have read that people do this and your confirmation # has way too much information attached to it. Have a great trip.
