Good morning to those early risers! Or are they night owls? Cynthia, Janet, Candace, Melissa, Baskeylacey, Dani, Marie, Amanda, Christine, Sheila, Jeanette ... I know I've missed someone. Cupcakes and coffee? No calories in the virtual cupcakes according to our fearless leader, so tuck in.

I'm seriously considering making a ticker JUST for my first King Cupcake Taste Extravaganza. It certainly sounds worthy of its very own ticker. How is it?! Other than sounding absolutely amazing. I would wish away the time until January when I can walk across that bridge and get one... but that'd be kinda silly.

Jen: The Jinxes should be on a jet plane... headed to hear that wonderful, "Aloha!" and take in a deep breath of that glorious Poly lobby scent.

Disney seemed to add rooms to the inventory yesterday for the Room Only Discounts. No luck with my Deluxe Room at BWI but lots during my dates @ Poly if only Bob did not dislike the Poly I would have been changing my ressie to there yesterday as a Std room appeared and it was $144 less than the WV room @ BWI

If only Bob liked the Poly

why wait??? you can POP over next week for one!! ... rich, chocolately, peanut butter bliss with a little creamy banana filling [and candied bacon ... weird but it fits...] .... it's a whole lotta hunka chunka love in every bite!!

P.S. snack credit on the DP.

BTW there's certainly a lot of desserts with bacon lately

So, I may or may not have been on the Disney site, pricing out different options for April....

Anyways, I noticed that Yacht Club GV rooms are completely gone!!!! So, I really do think it's a sign that I need to stay put. I was pretty excited to get one of those.

WOW!! I am glad I booked one as well! Why do you think they are sold out already? With Easter being early this year I figured mid to late April would be less crowded.

Oh. My. Thighs. (They just grew at least 2" in diameter just looking at that thing.) I must have one of those. Everything about it sounds heavenly. I have a distinct feeling it will usurp the Cupcake Throne from Starring Rolls' Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcake. (Can you sense a theme here?) Peanut butter AND Chocolate AND Banana... (yeah, and the bacon topping does sound quite good actually considering it's been candied.)

Yum Bacon, indeed! I'm sitting here trying not to drool on my keyboard. If we have time in our schedule, I would head over there. What other desserts have you heard of with scrumdiddlyumptious bacon on it?!

Miss, we are actually doing longer trips! We usually just go up for one night and hit the parks hard and considering it is a 3 hour drive each way we are exhausted. So I said unless we can go for at least 2 nights we aren't going. Also no more value resorts. Right now I have all deluxe booked but we will see if that changes after this weekend at YC. DH needs to feel the deluxe is worth the price over a mod. We are going to spend afternoons enjoying the resorts and feel like we are on a mini vacation, it at least that is the plan As of right now I have four 2 night trips planned and one 4 night

WE MADE IT!!!, just popping in to say hi to everyone! Got a great 2nd floor lagoon facing room in Tokelau, we can see the GF, the boat dock and looking to the left is the quiet pool...we love it! And yes this room seems huge after last night, Even bigger than I remember it from last year.

Room is clean, cool, and has lots of room for the DD's to run around. We just got back on the Poly boat from MK, where we walked onto everything...we did Dumbo, saw Merida, Goofys Barnstormer, Teacups , and then saw the end of the parade and saw the princesses in town square.

I had a quiet weep watching the girls get their pics with the princesses. It's like you at seeing them grow up before your eyes at Disney. AND I Don't want them too!!

Going to an early dinner soon at 'Ohana, and then will make decision about whether to go back to MK or just swim here. Oh and I picked up an Orange Bird pin...thinking of you all!

Miss, have you started packing? I am loving all this talk about cupcakes, a favorite treat of mine. However, I just can't wrap my head around bacon on my cupcake . When we were CL at the BC last January, every third night they had cupcakes

to everyone! Busy week trying to get organized to be away got 2 weeks. No packing done, but a lot of chores and errands. I am a member of the last minute packing club

Thanks for the tip, Sheila! I'll have to try that, I might find some great homemade recipe I found tips tonight that helped me when making my dish...I basically followed what I usually do and just winged it. The dumplings are puffing up now.....time to check them in 5 more minutes, it's hard not to peek, but we all know the cardinal rule about dumps....NO PEEKING!


Jen: glad you got a great room.....do you have a balcony being in the 2nd floor? Nice that you got a lagoon view tomorrow it's 14 days for us! I can't wait!!!!!

PAS: I don't know if I'm considered a early bird, probably a night owl when you are reading my posts I am on the west coast/ mountain time of Canada....three hours behind Disney time, so its a bit of a hit for us when we go to Florida, for a few days anyway!
