Shawarma Sandwiches at Tangierine Cafe?

We're going to be in Disney in a couple of weeks and I really want to try a chicken shawarma sandwich from the Tangierine Cafe. I checked the menu when we were down there in early September and the sandwich was not on it. But, Allears has a menu posted that was updated this month that shows the sandwich.

Can anyone who was down there recently confirm whether the sandwich is there or not?

If so, do they let you substitute sides on the DDP? I would want to substitute extra hummus for the tabouleh, if they were ok with that.

If I am remembering the old menu correctly, it looks like they just changed the name. It used to be referred to as a platter, not a sandwich, but the sides still look all the same.

Had the "platter" in June (chicken). This is now my new favorite CS in WDW.

Fair warning... last February we found everything here really dry. :shrug:

They don't have sandwiches on the menu last time I have been there. They have platters and wraps.

The platters are far more expensive than the wraps - I just get the wrap.
